Meet
Nico & Rachel
We're your friendly neighbors who care deeply for the environment and take pride in our work. Rachel was born and raised in Rowlands, PA, always playing in the dirt and the river. Nico is originally from Argentina and has been working on houses and rental properties since he was 15. We met in Maui where we learned the ins and outs of the hospitality industry for 6 years. Rachel became a Certified Master Gardener at UHMC and provided housekeeping services as an independent contractor while Nico served as assistant manager for a property maintenance company servicing both residential and rental properties.
